싱가폴에 엠지세대가 있다면 여기 프론트에서 만나보실수있어요. 이그제큐티브룸에 포함된 라운지는 기존에 알던 호텔라운지가 아니니 추가금들여서 예약하실 필요는 없어보입니다. 위치좋고 호텔은 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 좋은경험이였지만 다시 오진않을것같네요

좋은 숙박시설입니다.
깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되었고, 루프탑 수영장이 있어 매일매일 여행 후 더운 날씨에 지친 몸을 시원하게 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 무엇보다도 위치가 좋습니다. 여러 관광지나 먹을거리들, 버스, 지하철 등 교통도 좋아 여행하기에 꽤 좋은 장소 입니다. 차이나타운이 옆에 있어 시끄럽다는 후기를 봤었는데 호텔 내부에서는 전혀 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 조식은 먹어보질 않아서 잘 모르겠고 다만 가까운곳에 토스트집을 포함하여 먹을 곳이 많아 먹는것도 어렵지 않았습니다.

Good hotel- poor staff attitude.
The condition of the room was very good and the location was great- close to the tourist areas. The only thing was that upon check in, the staff at the counter was very very impolite and made the first impression of the hotel bad. She ignored customers and took her own sweet time doing i dont know what and was very rude in the service and body language. However, all the male staff at the first floor who welcomed us and guided us to the second floor (checkin counter) were very friendly and nice. Overall its just the female staff that checked me in that made it a bad experience for me and my mother.

전형적인 비지니스 호텔. 조식시간엔 쭝꾹인들 많아 돗대기시장 같음. 음식이 입으로 들어가는지 코로 들어가는지 모름. 몇십명의 애들 마구 뛰어다니고 소리지름. 어른들도 대박임. 바로 옆에는 쬐끄만한 로비가 붙어있어 체크아웃 하는 사람들 시끄러워서 정신 하나도 없음. 조식 메뉴도 너무 단촐하고 위치그대로 쭝꾹인 호텔임. 루프탑 수영장만 조용해서 좋음. 호텔에 미안하게도(?) 다시는 그 호텔에 가지 않을 것임.

즐거웠던 가족 여행
위치가 차이나타운 근처라 처음에는 조금 망설였지만 길 건너 높은 건물들 사이에 위치해 매우 깔끔하고 길 찾기도 편했으며 동방미식이나 비첸향, 미향원 같은 꼭 들러야하는 맛집과 MRT 접근성이 매우 좋았고 클락키까지 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리였다. 2층에서 체크인 하고 캐리어는 방까지 가져다 준다. 들어오는 입구부터 좋은 향이 나는데, 개인적으로 좋았고 오픈한지 1달도 되지않아 매우 깔끔하며 쾌적했다. 에어컨은 아주 잘 작동되었고, 어쩌다 들은 말에 의하면 침대를 시몬스 침대에서 주문제작 했다고 한다. 그래서 그런지 한번 누으면 일어나기 싫을 정도로 매우 푹신하고 포근하다. (개인적으로 마리나베이 침대보다 훨씬 푹신하고 좋음) 사람이 3명이라 간이침대 추가 부탁드렸더니 미리 준비를 해 놓아 주셨다. 처음 방에 들어가면 티비 화면에 예약자의 이름이 떠있어서 나와 우리 가족을 정말 환영 해 주는 것 같아 기분이 좋았고, 티비에서 각종 수영장, 헬스장, 사우나, 식당 등의 운영시간이나 정보를 확인 할 수 있었다. 여기저기 돌아다니느라 바빠서 수영장은 1번 가봤는데 아직 손님들이 많지않아 우리가족끼리 즐기기에 딱 좋았고, 방을 예약할 때 조식 신청 한줄 모르고 갔다가 신청했다길래 먹게 되었다..ㅋㅋ 조식은 빵, 과일, 씨리얼, 고기 등등 다양한 종류가 구비되어 있었고 계란도 요청하면 입맛에 맞게 제공 해 준다. 가족과 함께 한 여행이라 부모님 입맛이 걱정이였는데 모두의 입에 잘 맞았고 간단하게 호텔에서 아침을 해결하기에 좋으니 이용하길 잘 했다고 생각한다. 다른 호텔과의 차이점이라면 인덕션과 각종 조리기구가 있어 간단한 요리도 해 먹을 수 있었던 것이며 나는 비록 조리를 해먹지는 않았지만 다른 호텔들은 냉장고를 사용하지 못하게 음료들로 가득 채워놓은 반면 냉장고가 텅텅 비어 자유롭게 사용 할 수 있었던 점이 너무 좋았다. 참고로 커피는 공짜라고 하니 마음놓고 먹어도 될 것 같다. 고단한 여행을 하고 오면 방은 아주 깔끔하게 정리 되어있어 푹 쉴 수 있었고 직원분들은 마주칠 때 마다 반갑게 인사 해 주어 편하게 호텔 안을 다닐 수 있었다. 가장 중요한게 한국인 직원분이 계시냐는건데 한분 계시기 때문에 궁금하거나 힘든 점이 있으면 편하게 물어 볼 수 있었고, 안 계시더라도 Helmi라는 분이 간단한 한국어가 가능하여 도움을 많이 받았는데 내가 못 알아 들으면 영어로 아주 쉽고 간단하게 설명 해 주어서 감동이었다. 체크아웃 하고 택시 불러준다고 했는데 괜찮다 하고 그랩 불렀다가 기사분이 길 못찾아서 헤메고 있는것도 1층 직원분이 흔쾌히 전화로 해결 해 주셨다..ㅠㅠ 지금 생각 해보니 정말 감사한 분들이 많았고 다시한번 우리 가족의 싱가포르 여행에 작다면 작고 크다면 큰 도움을 주신 Helmi와 zaini 분께 감사드린다고 말씀 드리고 싶고 또 싱가포르에 온다면 다시 방문하고 싶다. 사진 열심히 찍어왔는데 업로드가 되지않아 아쉽다.. 룸 컨디션은 사진과 동일하니 걱정하지 않아도 될 것 같아요!

Very nice hotel and good location. 4 minutes walk to subway. Breakfast a bit pricey at £25 for what you get but otherwise excellent.

Very much appreciative of the hotel staff letting me use the shower room facility since we landed in Singapore at 6am and allowed an early check when a room was available. Kitchenette was useful, easily walkable to many hawker centers. Only con is that the bathroom shower smelled a bit musty like it needed to be aired out more. Otherwise this was an overall great hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Location, service, cleanliness and facilities.
The hotel is in a great location close to china town as well as the marina area. Check in was pretty slow but apart from that staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was excellent - spacious, comfortable bed and good facilities in the kitchen area. The only slight downside was the toilet that opened into the sleeping area so you need to be very comfortable with the person you are sharing the room with! The hotel gym and pool were also excellent with a great view of the surrounding skyscrapers. We didn’t pay for breakfast which seemed quite expensive and instead used the cafe nextdoor (Group Therapy) which did a great brunch menu. Overall a great hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities. Check-in is on the second floor but it was easy and quick. The concierge Supra? Subra? Not sure his name but he was a rockstar! He went above and beyond and was super nice and considerate. He helped me freshen up after a day of exploring and called a taxi for me to go back to the airport. Truly a wonderful experience.

Great area super convenient. Super comfortable bed and spacious room. The only thing that put me off is the open bathroom plan, if I wanted to hear my partners bowl movements everyday I’d stay home.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to Telok Ayer and Chinatown MRT stations. Room is large, universal power and usb points and kitchenette with filtered water tap are nice touches. Would definitely stay again.
