This hotel had a lot of funky charm, and we like that in a hotel. It is set in a pretty courtyard within walking distance of Little India and close to a metro station. The room, while on the small side, was clean and comfortable with the amenities we wanted. The staff were very friendly, especially the doorman. We would stay here again.

The location is great with easy MRT access, making it very convenient. The room was on the smaller side and the bathroom/bathtub looked a bit worn, but overall the space was manageable for two people. There was construction happening right outside our room, but the noise was surprisingly minimal. It’s a good hotel overall. We didn’t see much of the staff, but when we did, they were helpful and pleasant.

The staffs are really friendly and approachable! They assisted us well during the check-in and handled everything seamlessly. The room is clean, had all the necessities. It could be because it’s an old building, the number of power outlets are not that many. We had 3 pax and we could find 3 available ones which means only one each. Overall, it was a good stay. The location is convenient. A quick 3-5mins walk from the station.

Had stayed there 8 days. The room they give me initially was small, had marks in mirror, oldish looking. Requested them to change the room, next day moved to another room, city view, much spacious, clean and likeable. Since then, stay was excellent.

I had a very pleasant stay at Village Hotel Albert Court. The location is excellent, just a short walk to MRT stations and right next to the Little India district. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the hotel's heritage architecture added a unique charm. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A great value for a convenient and comfortable stay in Singapore. Would happily return.
