"The staff is incredibly helpful and clear on his instructions about the check-in process. When we had an issue, he immediately helped us. The room is pretty high tech with the digital smart lock . The hotel is located in a convenient spot with lots of restaurants, subway & bus stations, convenient stores, beach and attractions. Since this is a service apartment, they had kitchen appliances you can use.
The only drawback is that they only clean your room every 2-3 days. The laundry machine we had was not available for use at the time. We only stayed for 3 nights so the laundry and the cleaning didn't affect us much. But again, this is a service apartment and usually they don't clean your room everyday."
