“ staff needs to improve on how they treat their guests. They seem to favor on group over the other. could be a hereditary factor. Ex i came to drop off the beach towels. i handed the front desk employee and he directed me to a box. Ok fine, couple of days later a couple did the same thing and they took the towels from them. small issue, perhaps. Another example, sitting down at mood beach club for brunch and my girlfriend came over to meet me and she was stopped by a staff.... little annoying...
