“The property is beautiful, but unfortunately my stay had several issues. The biggest thing everyone should know is that there is an electricity usage limit. If you exceed it, you’ll be charged extra. This was especially frustrating because housekeeping left our lights on every day after cleaning, which likely increased our electricity usage. “Staff was very friendly and helpful, some accents and translations between certain staff was hard at times but overall a wonderful experience here. All of Hyatt amenities from dreams, imare(I think I spelled it correctly) and zoetry are all included during your stay which was a pleasant experience. Make sure to check activities between each resort via the app they have you download so you dont miss anything.”
