There was ample parking, even late at night, even though people from the convention center also parked there. Walking into the lobby the whole place felt clean and airy. Staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable. I had a quiet night, didn't hear anything from other rooms. Shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, mini fridge, coffee maker, everything I could need. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Great place to stay. Employees are friendly. Rooms are clean. Only negative was the free breakfast on the 6th floor was always cold. But it was free so didnt complain. We just warmed it up in the microwave.

Huge shout out to the Shuttle service!! We had great driver’s! Thank you Joe and Jim for shuttling us around!!! Rooms nice and clean. Only thing is pillows and mattress are not comfy at all. We will be back.

Room was clean and inviting. The support bars in the bathroom were very helpful as I am handicapped so it worked out great. Having a laundromat on the 5th floor was very convenient even though we didn't use it. The gentleman checking us in and out was nice, professional, and funny, would definitely stay there again.

Room was good and staff at check in was nice. Why it was an okay stay was the noise level from the bar later at night. Also, the fire alarm went off and we were told after so many exited the building that the staff knew what it was and we didn’t need to exit. That could have been communicated.

We got the room with king size bed and sleeper sofa, which also had a nice leather chair -- so very spacious. Also had attractive decor and very clean bathroom. Staff at the front desk was very helpful in reserving us a shuttle to the airport. ONLY disappointment was that we thought maybe the lounge/bar area would have offered some specials or something, since it was New Years Eve.
