The Sheraton is perfectly located, close to the airport and downtown. It checks all the boxes—helpful staff, very comfortable room and delicious food. The bartenders were friendly and accommodating. An added touch was the lemonade and chilled water near the elevators. A very welcoming atmosphere. I was very impressed!

Property is nice and clean. Location is convenient, especially for guest that are attending an event at the Sioux Falls Convention center. Staff went above and beyond - especially a gentleman named Canaan. Simply wonderful customer service experience. Property is a little older and could use a slight refresh. But, nearly everything about it makes for a great stay. We are definitely coming back.

There was ample parking, even late at night, even though people from the convention center also parked there. Walking into the lobby the whole place felt clean and airy. Staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable. I had a quiet night, didn't hear anything from other rooms. Shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, mini fridge, coffee maker, everything I could need. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Great place to stay. Employees are friendly. Rooms are clean. Only negative was the free breakfast on the 6th floor was always cold. But it was free so didnt complain. We just warmed it up in the microwave.

Room was clean and inviting. The support bars in the bathroom were very helpful as I am handicapped so it worked out great. Having a laundromat on the 5th floor was very convenient even though we didn't use it. The gentleman checking us in and out was nice, professional, and funny, would definitely stay there again.
