“The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time.”

“Very nice hotel. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Food was very good and service in the restaurant was very good too. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and it was very comfortable with a large corner balcony accessible from both rooms. Rooms well cleaned daily. Although a minor issue was that we had a coffee pod machine which I thought was a bonus, but the two pods supplied, surprisingly weren't replenished. First world problems, eh!!
