โI loved the history of the hotel and the manager, Bryan, was impressive beyond all expectations. He was gracious, informative, enthusiastic, passionate and I could have listened all day as we took us through the formation of Greeensboro. My hope is that the hotel will be preserved to secure the history and stand as the institution that it is. It is a gem and deserves to be treated as such.โ
โThe staff was friendly and helpful, room clean, parking easy and hotel pretty quiet. What stood out most for me as a frequent traveler was how clear instructions were throughout the stay about checkout, housekeeping, etc. The texts were super helpful and appreciated. Everything about the experience was very streamlined - excellent communication!โ
โAmazing staff, breakfast options were nice, rooms were clean, but there was hair on the shower wall. Yuck! But I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! โ
โStaff were really pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and in nice condition as were the dining room and lobby. The breakfast was varied daily and quite good - plenty of options. There is plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. I would definitely stay here again. โ
