The property was spotless , lovely and warm , central to everything in Grassington and I would highly recommend and not hesitate to book again . A lovely welcome gift of wine , chocolate and crisps was much appreciated along with the tea , coffee and sugar . Fully deserved the 5 stars . Also no need to use your car , lovely local walks and a fantastic bus service .”

“I had a brilliant stay at Katie’s Cottage. The owner was very kind to me before and during my stay and communicated with me very kindly. The cottage is in a great location, quiet and peaceful. “No information re the caravan or facilities. Disappointed as no internet, specifically booked as stated free wi-fi in cottage. Stay was mid house move so internet was needed. Otherwise nice clean, well equipped caravan.”
