“Very good location in St, David’s. Quiet area as well. The housekeeping staff were cheerful and helpful, but the bar and reception staff less so. An exception in Wales where you are generally welcomed warmly and well taken care of. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious.”

“The tranquil setting and gorgeous building felt very special. We also enjoyed the gourmet breakfast that started the day . My only observation is that the Arts & Crafts building offers an opportunity to enhance that throughout rather than what is on the walls now, and feels like generic hotel decor that could be found anywhere. The priory is special, and that could be enhanced.”

“Fantastic setting. Beautiful building and comfy beds. Did not enjoy the curry but breakfasts were great. Loo handle in room 14 fell off a few times and cistern was slow to fill. Shower was fab and the big fluffy towels were super. Very helpful and friendly staff.”

I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! “Location is lovely for the hotel, it’s right in the centre and you can easily walk everywhere from the hotel. They allowed us to check in early which was pretty nice of them. Staff was helpful , we enjoyed our stay there.”
