Property is clean, staff is friendly and location is ideal. Sits on the south end of SoHo and footstep,literally, from Little Italy. Short walks from Canal, Spring, Grand and Bowery subway stations. L’Industrie Pizza right across the street. Rooftop common area.

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.

"The property was relatively clean. Tub not good or bad just ok. Most of my interactions were with the front desk. He was lovely and very helpful. Parking was initially unclear because on hillside.
