This was my third trip to Bermuda Unfortunately, Grotto Bay did not live up to the standards of other resorts on the island. The front end needs a course on customer service. Day prior to my arrival, I called and requested earlier check in at 2 pm and was told there are no guarantees…it ended there. ...
