Staff is so responsive and friendly and very welcoming. Rooms were clean aside from som scuffs on bathroom wall near sink. Holiday Inn Express Hamilton Upper James by IHG
The temperature of the room was good. We were able to adjust it to our comfort level. The room was super clean, modern and the beds were really comfortable. Excellent value for our money. The buffet breakfast was excellent! Would highly recommend this hotel

Check out actual room...I have been to this particular property 2 other times and was fortunate enough to have a suite and wonderful experiences....this time the double queen suite was tight..especially getting to the clothes rack as there was no closet and only two electrical outlets...for convenience ...
