"I loved this hotel. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices, etc. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I have stayed at many hotels in Leavenworth. This is my favorite!!!! The property is beautiful and relaxing. Lovely pool and hotter and deck as well as other extras on the property that make for a restful getaway. I love everything about the BLUE ELK and it is now our go to Inn for Leavenworth! Amazing breakfast too!!!! Love the BLUE ELK!!!!"

"The property is old and tired but clean and the beds were comfortable. Our check in went great and the receptionist (man in his 30s) was super nice. Our biggest issue was with breakfast: mainly that there wasn’t any. We got to the dining room at 9:13 and all the sausages, bacon, eggs, waffle batter were gone. The receptionist unapologetically let us know that she won’t make any more bc she’s the only person there and they only serve breakfast till 9:30 anyway. There was another family who came in after us with a child and they also had to turn away without anything to eat. So, management, stop being cheap and make enough food for your guests. Won’t be returning."
