With the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, traveling now comes with more challenges than usual. Have a read over these handy tips before boarding your flight to Society Islands:

• Research if any restrictions apply to both your destination and origin. It may not be possible to travel depending on local circumstances, so check before you book.
• Requirements state you must wear a face mask throughout your travel experience, including at screening checkpoints. You should be prepared to adjust your mask to verify your identity when asked by a TSA employee.
• Avoid handing your boarding pass (electronic or paper) directly to a TSA employee. Rather, position the pass on the reader and then hold it up for the agent to visually inspect it.
• You're permitted to take one container of hand sanitizer up to 12 oz (350 ml) in your hand luggage. This will need to be taken out for X-ray screening.
• Place any personal items (e.g, keys, phone and coins) in your carry-on instead of a bin to minimize handling during the screening process.
• If you want to take food on the plane with you, place it in a clear plastic bag and then into a screening bin. This reduces the likelihood that a TSA employee will need to handle your food container or carry-on bag for inspection.
