"Tried to double charge me for a room said they refuded me charge still went through"

"All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The room was very clean and very nice and comfortable as were the grounds!!! We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. Keep in mind there was only 4 of us playing cards/talking/laughing inside with no music when the complaint was reported. In our opinion, the complainers...

"Good location to the cruise port and ferry. Short walk to restraint and shopping. The coffee shop had wonderful coffee and food with awesome service. If you have car to park not a lot of parking and what is available is designed for very small compact car."

"While basic, the room was very spacious and clean for our family of four and had air conditioning. We really enjoyed the breakfast (which was delicious and plentiful) which was served on the outdoor patio. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again."
