The property was modern and new. The suite was spacious and had a nice view of the ocean. In suite laundry was very convenient. It was nice to be able to walk down to the beach and catch the bus nearby.

Contactless check in is convenient. The luggage storage is on 2/F that we could drop luggage anytime. We booked studio type D with bay view. Facilities in-room was good in condition. We asked for assistance to call taxi when we left and the staff was very helpful. Location is excellent, just a minute's walk to the beach. Other tourist attractions are also in walking distance.

If you’re looking for something convenient and easy, this place might be your spot. However they charged for parking and mattress have plastic wrap and very uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s not too bad.

It was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The bed was quite firm. Even though a non smoking power. Someone was smoking on a balcony so I couldn’t keep my doors opened because the smell would come in the room. But it was a nice unit. Well maintained. It was comfortable for 1 person and would be for 2, though small.

They shares the building with different distributors. Many people having trouble with the check in. Room condition is bad. Not spacious. Not clean.

더 철절한 관리 필요, 프론트 직원 및 인력 상주의 필요성 강함

프론트에 인력이 없음 채팅, 전화로 요구사항을 전달해야함 즉각적인 대응 미흡함 시설은 좋음 1. 오후1시에 보내준다는 체크인 관련 문자가 오지않음 거기에 대한 어떠란 대응도 없었음 , 통화연결이 어려움 간신히 연결되어서 해당 문자 뒤늦게 받음 2. 아침에 약 2시간 가량 단수됨, 씻지도 못하고 변기물도 안내려감 그저 기다려달라는 양해의 멘트 뿐 3. 상담사의 융통성있는 대응으로 체크아웃 시간 연장하여 씻고 천천히 나올수있었음

숙박체크인하고 오후6시경 갑자기청소하시는분이 문을열고들어왔습니다. 많이당황스럽고어이가없었어요. 그외좋은 시설과 주변환경은좋지만 안전하지는않고 걱정이많이되네요

Zeer goede prijs - kwaliteit verhouding. Netjes. Je moet even weten dat 1 lift alleen de even en de andere alleen de oneven etages bedient. Onder het gebouw zit een 7eleven. Handig.

이 가격에 나름 괜찮았어요

깨끗하고 무인으로 체크인 체크아웃 되니 편리했다. 왠만한 식기와 세탁기, 건조기 있어 유용했다. 침대는 단단한 편, 베개는 한 개는 낮고 두개는 높은 정도. 주차는 1박에 7천원 발레파킹만 해야하는데 돈이 추가로 나가니 아쉽기도 하지만 편하긴 하다. 제일 큰 불편은 엘리베이터. 층수도 높고 방도 많은데 겨우 두개. 삼일절 연휴에도 엘리베이터 타려고 1층에 10여명 줄섰다.

만족했어요

20대 딸과 함께 셋이 복잡한 시기를 피해 여름휴가를 미리 떠났습니다. 레지던트 호텔이라 주방에서 간단히 해먹을 수 있는 식기류들과 주방 주변 위생상태가 깨끗해서 만족이었어요. 저는 콘도나 리조트 등 취사를 할 수 있는 곳에 갈 땐 항상 밥그릇이나 냄비 후라이팬, 수저세트 등을 챙겨가서 사용하거든요. 왜냐면 그런 곳의 설거지나 위생상태가 좋지않고 그릇들이 기름기가 제거되지 않아 미끈덕 거리는게 불쾌하기 때문에 집에 있는 내 살림살이들을(냄비, 후라이팬, 식기류, 수저세트, 고무장갑, 수세미, 세제 등등..) 가져가서 사용해야 안심이 되는 사람이라.. 그래서 여행할 땐 언제나 취사도구를 자동차에 가득싣고 가느라 불편했었습니다. 그런데 도착하자마자 점검해보니 너무도 깨끗해서 많이 놀랐어요. 화장실 세면대도 물때없이 깨끗했구요. 특히, 보통 세탁기는 있어도 건조기는 잘 없는데 여긴 건조기가 있으니 더워서 땀 흘린 옷들과 수건들을 매일 세탁해서 건조기로 바로 말리니 너무도 편리합니다. 다만 3인실을 예약했는데 좁은 방에 침대 2개가 들어가 있으니 무척 복잡했어요. 다음에 또 속초 갈 기회가 있으면 다시 이 곳에 예약하려구요.
