“I chose this hotel for a weekend trip to visit the university, but I would not stay here again. The overall premises and our room were not clean at all. It was bad enough that I had to request a reclean from the receptionist, and I ended up buying my own sheets from a local store just to feel comfortable sleeping. The only saving grace was the staff—they were very kind and polite—but the hotel itself has a lot of work to do before it's truly guest-ready.”

“We were not able to use the pool. The staff told us that the water pump is not working. We almost got burned in the shower. My wife was in the shower when the water became very hot. The staff told us that the boiler broke down and they turned off the cold water. When it is my turn to take the shower, there is no hot water at all and I took the shower using freezing cold water.
