Staff was nice. Room was subpar water in bathroom took 20-30 minutes to warm up and once warm it was scalding or very cold if you change the temperature. Room also was damp smelling despite both the fan and bathroom windows being opened throughout the day.

Great place to stay and a fantastic price

This place is really a great stay for the price. The rooms have been redone with nice fake hardwood floors and Granite in the bathroom. The lady who runs it is very nice

I enjoyed this place because it was convenient to myself and family. I was able to get breakfast right across the street and when I needed pain meds CVS pharmacy was next door. Front lobby employees very friendly and I will recommend to my family and friends to stay here while visiting beautiful Monterey

The staff was helpful and so nice. My room was clean. In front of the property is a Denny’s for a quick breakfast. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the wharf and 15 to Cannery Row. I recommend this place!

Room was comfortable, updated and clean but management needs to train its staff on housekeeping policy as the receptionist was unaware that the national website allowed guests to request daily housekeeping instead of the standard once every three days. Although I was provided with daily housekeeping the desk clerk made it appear that she was doing me a favor. Rooms need a microwave badly as most of your competitors have them.
