Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We truly regret that we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us. Regarding coffee and tea facilities, please note that they were removed from the room along with all printing materials due to COVID-19 measures and recommendations as explained at the check-in. We are sorry our lighting was not as per your preference – as our housekeeping manager explained, the light in the suspended ceiling cannot be brighter. Also, we are surprised of your impression of dust in the room. As per our housekeeping records, you requested housekeeping services but then rejected it on multiple occasions, and when our housekeepers were allowed to enter the room the cleaning was done with your presence and performed as per your instructions along with disinfection of all the services and emptying and additional disinfection of the minibar. Finally, we are thoroughly surprised to read such a negative impression of your stay with us since you requested to extend it for 2 additional nights. Our Manager Mirta put an extra effort to accommodate your request and enabled you to spend an additional night at a discounted rate, while we were unable to confirm the second night due to the hotel's full occupancy. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. It is truly disheartening to read that we were not able to meet your expectation during your stay despite all our staff and management efforts. As we explained upon your arrival, you received the exact room category you have booked - Double or Twin deluxe with Trundle Bed. You have never made a specific request for a double bed and as stated in the reservation, requests for certain bed types are subjected to availability. We are sorry your expectations for one double and one single bed were different from what we offer - unfortunately our hotel does not have such a room, nor do we offer it on any of our booking channels. Lights, phone and shower head were absolutely in order which our housekeeping manager has explained and demonstrated immediately upon we received your concerns. Unfortunately, our towel holders are not intended as bath holders and cannot withstand the weight. However, as you are aware, our maintenance service has fixed it immediately. We truly regret that you did not notify us about the bath issue immediately as we would react without delay, rather than sending a misleading video with blue colored bath to our Manager requesting 2 extra nights free of charge. Our team is always trying to go the extra mile, and we are delighted to see that Mohamed stood out. We will make sure to share your compliments with him. Regarding your comment about are Manager Mirta being rude and all our staff being disgusting we definitely find it inappropriate as they were at your disposal 24h during your stay and addressed all your concerns immediately. Unfortunately, they were not able to approve complimentary half board service as your reservation included bed and breakfast only, nor they were able to confirm free stay on the grounds of your expectation that the room will have double and one single bed. Finally, we are thoroughly surprised to read such a negative impression of your stay with us since you requested to extend it for 2 additional nights.
