A wonderful stay in Sóller! Only a short walk from the town center and the staff were lovely and responsive. The hotel is very cute and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

This was a fab hotel in the centre of Soller. Hotel staff were very helpful with arranging car parking and sorting out child facilities for us. The breakfast was amazing - very tasty and served on the beautiful terrace. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in Soller convenient to center of the small town. Beautifully decorated with modern touches. Staff was amazing. So helpful and went above and beyond to help us and get us situated. Had to climb stairs to our 3rd floor room. No elevator. However the charm of this little hotel made up for that. Would definitely stay again if I ever have the privilege to visit again. LOVED the charm of Mallorca!!!!! So want to visit again.

We requested a ground floor room and we were kindly given a room on the lowest floor but there was still 2 flights of stairs to get to it with insufficient handrails. Too many stairs for us and we wouldn’t have booked if we had been told this. Also climbing in and out of a bath to shower was awkward. Otherwise comfy bed, clean quiet room. Breakfast was plentiful but not our choice. If you don’t mind the stairs then great place in a good location

The hotel was located perfectly. A five minute walk to the town centre and close to bus stops. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Angel. The room was serviced every day. A small hotel very well run.

Perfectly situated - 3 mins walk from town & all the bars and restaurants. The room was very clean & spaciou. Added bonus of a lovely shaded garden which you can use any time. Angel was super knowledgable & helpful in recommending restaurants in the area.

Truly cannot say enough good things. The staff was amazing, the room was so cozy and clean, I actually was only here for one night and pretty much didn’t leave the entire time. There is a coffee shop / cafe next door that’s very good, it opens at 0830. The bed and breakfast’s courtyard is so cute, the breakfast was amazing! It was simple meats, cheeses, jams, fresh bread, yogurt, and a boiled egg but it was soooo good everything was fresh. The staff was AMAZING, literally going above and beyond to help. We will be coming back and recommending to everyone!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The bathroom / shower was quite small but clean and well supplied with toiletries. We didn’t have a car or take breakfast so no opinion there, but the one member of staff (Angel) who met us on arrival was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for the centre of Soller and transport to Port Soller and other places in the area.

The room was gorgeous, and the entire building looks like it came out of a fairytale! The patio is so peaceful- breakfast was also amazing and the staff were wonderful. Very kind, accommodating, and answered any questions I had promptly. Would highly recommend Hotel Casa Bougainvillea.

The twin bedroom and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with essentials. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, including eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, high-quality bread, and a selection of condiments. Angel and Joanna provided exceptional service, demonstrating great hospitality and attentiveness. The hotel’s location is conveniently close to the city center, with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops easily accessible on foot. Situated on a quiet street, the rooms featured comfortable beds ensuring a restful stay. Although we did not require parking, it may be limited for guests with vehicles.

Mallorca road trip, 1st leg

2 days in Soller to start off our Majorca road trip. Place was lovely and host wast very nice. Unfortunately we had a problem with the safe which we brought to her attention but was not rectified. Fridge in room was very noisy, I thought there was a storm outside. All in all I would stay again. Breakfast was delicious, yoghurt, bread with avocado, jams, very Mallorcan. Parking was easy when booked ahead.

Unfortunately some issues at this hotel, the shower bracket was not connected to the wall (Did not use shower after my wife due to risk of it collapsing), dirt was been blown into the bathroom from the extractor fan & there was a noisy fridge in the room which interrupted our sleep. The black out curtain did not cover the whole window. No reduction in rate was offered despite these issues.
