“Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel. Our room was over an hour and a half late and we were not compensated whatsoever even though we were waiting for them. “Cleanish room, couple of spiders but it’s kinda a glamping type situation, the hot water is hot or miss, the lady at the front desk was brash, and they charge to use the hot tub. Not really walking distance to anything which is fine but worth noting in case you are against using a tuk tuk or cab. Bed is hard, the in room safe dint work was frozen even though the batteries were fine. The toilet water rises all the way up and with touch your jewels me. So be ready for it or hover when you flush....
