"The staff was overall courteous and helpful, though wasn't asked how my stay was. The gym was very good and clearly the person in charge knew their stuff. The breakfast buffet was great, but the nordic techno was not the most conducive to calm digestion. The location was absolutely perfect imo, near taikooli, great view of the river and bridge, lots of neat little shops nearby. The room and building wear clean and grand. The tv was oddly positioned vis-à-vis the bed and no airplay support. The shower drain needed to be cleaned and had an unpleasant urine smell. The spa service was sub par and better off trying cheaper alternatives nearby. "

"Hotel was great and staff were professional. The front man was always ready to help us with luggage and opening the door for us. Location is quite convenient and lobby was very nicely displayed. One thing I was quite disappointed with was as soon as I checked in to the room- I found a cigarette bud and ash on the carpet floor. For a 4 star hotel - I thought they would have paid more attention to the cleaning services particularly since it was very easy for me to see there was a cigarette remnant on the floor "
