“We believed 4 star mark, but this hotel cannot be 4 star.
1. The bedding, sheet and chair conditions are not clean, cheap and thin material with low quality.
2. Temperature of room was freezing cold in October, so we asked heating and portable heater but they provide blanket. However we could not use, it was not clean and we afraid bedbug and flea. We cannot sleep.
3. The quality of breakfast was so poor.

“We only had a couple of nights stay however we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. Staff were really polite and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and oceon view room had a beautiful view along the coast. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. A good carpark to leave your car in hotel grounds. Would definitely go again.”
“Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced.”
