“가기 전부터 안내 연락이 잘 왔었고, 도착 시간에 맞춰서 직원이 숙소 앞에 나와서 기다려주고 안내해줬어요 체크인 후에는 직접 방까지 안내하고 시설 하나하나 알려주고 소렌토 주변의 길, 오션뷰 레스토랑 안내까지 지도를 프린트해서 알려줘서 정말 좋았습니다 오션뷰 레스토랑은 정말 최고였어요👍 방도 정말 깨끗하고, 물도 생수와 탄산수로 준비해줘서 좋았고, 수건과 슬리퍼도 깨끗했습니다 어메니티도 향이 좋아서 마음에 들었어요 더욱 세심한 건, 옷장 안에 우산도 준비해줬더라고요 친절한 직원 분들과 깨끗한 룸이 좋아서 다음에 소렌토 갈 때도 또 가고 싶어요 직원 분께 번역기로 제가 다음에 또 오고 싶다고 말하니 언제든 환영하고 기다리겠다고 해주셨어요 정말 또 가고 싶은 곳입니다😊”

“정말 친절하고 아름다운 숙소였습니다. 모든 스탭 분들이 친절하고 하나라도 더 알려주시고 챙겨주시려고 해서 감동적이었습니다. 그리고 아침식사가 너무 좋았는데 흔한 뷔페식이 아니라 초대받아 먹는 것 같은 좋은 경험이어서 기억에 오래 남을 것 같습니다.”

“객실은 4인 가족이 사용하기 좀 좁았지만 리모델링을해서 깨끗한 편 이었고, 입구는 오래된 아파트 느낌 입니다. 발코니 뷰가 좋았고 바로 조리해서 제공되는 아침식사 가 좋았습니다. ”

“Nous avons passé un beau séjour à sorento l’emplacement est très bien. MAIS l’air climatisée n’était pas fonctionnelle pendant nos 3 nuits (première nuit fonctionnait à peine) et seulement à la dernière nuit nous avons eu des ventilateurs après l’avoir demandé. Nous avons seulement eu des excuses de la part de l’hôtel car elle devait être réparée pour les inconvénients. De plus, il y avait des mauvaises odeurs qui sortaient des tuyaux de la salle de bain et à plusieurs reprises l’équipe a dû...

“We had a wonderful stay in Sorrento! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The self check-in process was simple and convenient, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The location was a huge plus—close to restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!”
