The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views and a convenient location close to the historic center. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated their efforts to accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs, making breakfast easy and stress-free every day. The warm atmosphere, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Hotel Britannia is a perfect base for exploring Sorrento, Capri, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast.
