Very well located hotel in the heart of everything! Staff were friendly and helpful. Roberto was super pleasant! Breakfast has a good selection of items. The room was accommodating had great toiletries and iron/blowdryer. We would stay here again when visiting Sorrento!

We had a wonderful 6 day stay at the Palazzo Martinelli. The hotel room is beautiful, spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff was superb, very kind and helpful and we truly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast with the breathtaking view from their terrace. The hotel is also in the perfect location and is a 2 minute walk to the main square which was very convenient. We were highly impressed with this hotel and hope to stay here again in the future! The owners are also very kind and welcoming.

The location is great 2 minute from the main square. All the staff are very kind and attentive! The rooms were great with nice freebies and amenities! Also the breakfast every morning was the best!

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city where you are close to everything that matters like the restaurants, market, train station and marina. The room was a a bit small but very modern and nice, the safe was small in size, the mattress was on the hard side and there was some extra noise from the inside but nothing from the outside. Would definitely recommend and me and my wife enjoyed it a lot and loved the family feel you get and the lovely breakfast. PS: they cater to food allergies at the breakfast.

Difficult to know where to start! Outstanding location, only a 5 minute walk to Piazza Tasso and so much to see in Sorrento. The Palazzo Martinelli team were very helpful. From arrival to departure every need was taken care of. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Definitely would stay again on our next visit to Sorrento.

Overall, a very nice experience Staff was wonderful. The breakfast atrium was terrific. The room was really nice and clean. Only thing I would have to say is that the Jacuzzi did not work properly.
