Dear Ms Scrogum, we explained you that we have just two types of room: garden and sea view, 6 in total, 4 of them are sea view, all the same, the only difference is that 2 are on the top floor and 2 on the lower floor with private sea view balcony that has direct access on the main terrace. You received a sea view as per your reservation. If somebody requires the floor, we try to please everyone, but sometimes it is not possible because of the bookings that are managed by a software. We gave you the possibility to change the room on the day after, so you moved on the top floor, and because we try to always satisfy our guests, we offered you some extra services for free. We haven’t got a typical restaurant, but we have a chef on request that cooks everything you required at a cheap price, this service give to guests the possibility to have the maximum privacy, because you can have dinner on the terrace just for you. From Sorrento Dream Resort to the center, walking is just 10 minutes to the main road and 20 minutes to the main square, the road you should take to the center overlooks the sea, the distance is around 1,2 km, in any case you could take a bus or we could call taxis whenever you need. Our guests usually prefer to stay at this distance, so they should not be in the crowed city center. Regarding the motion detector, nobody was watching at you, we need them when we close the structure in the winter season and we turn on the alarm.
