Everything was fantastic. Luigi, Stefano, and their mother do an amazing job with their family business, and my wife and I felt safe, cared for, and tended to. Location was perfect - central in Sorrento main areas, shops, bars, restaurants, markets within a 1 minute walk. Stefano was up every morning ready to make sure breakfast was ready and guests were fed. Breakfast was delicious and authentic. 5 stars from my wife and I.

The owners, Stefano and Luigi, went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is located in the center of town which makes it very convenient walk everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice selection of fruit, meat, cheese, cakes, and pastries. They also made any coffee on request. The thing that stood out to me was their engagement even before we arrived. Luigi contacted me on WhatsApp after I booked to offer assistance and answer any questions I had. He provided a nice list of restaurants and other activities in Sorrento. Throughout the trip, we were able to communicate with them on WhatsApp if they were not present at the hotel. Exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and updated boutique hotel. We had a loft style room we booked at the last minute that was very comfortable and quiet. The manager Luigi was very helpful with information, transportation and having gluten free food available for breakfast. Located in the heart of Sorrento with shops and dining right out from the entrance.I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Incredible service. We got lost on our way there and Luigi came out to find us and helped with my luggage. Breakfast was great with many options and the hotel is conveniently located close to shops, the train station and ferry. The only downside was that we were able to hear a lot of street noise (people, cars and banging) that woke us up even with earplugs on. Other than that, great spot.

The flat was very clean, well appointed and quiet yet centrally located near old town, the train station & the ferries. Luigi was so helpful with the logistics of our stay which made everything easy and stess free. I would highly recommend this place for those who desire an Air B&B type place for a reasonable price and the grocery store is right across the street. However, it is not suitable to those who cannot handle 70 stairs to the third floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Sorrento Flats during our recent visit. It felt like home away from home! The location is fantastic and the place is easily accessible – thanks to Luigi's proactive WhatsApp how-to-reach instructions. The room was clean, cozy, air-conditioned, and well-maintained. The breakfast included a variety of continental and delicious Italian dessert options. Most importantly, Luigi and his family welcomed us with warmth and kindness, that I would never forget. I can't recommend Sorrento Flats enough for a top notch, homely, and personable experience.

We booked Sorrento Flats based on the 9.8 average exceptional rating reviews on Expedia, and due to the fact that it stated "Luxury" on the main page on the description. I should have known better as there were only 310 reviews. I'm not sure that this average is accurate on Expedia. I would not rate it as "exceptional" or "luxury", nor consider this a boutique hotel, as was stated on advertisements in the room. For the cost of the room, I feel that it was very overpriced. Pros: The room was clean, it was in a walkable central location, Luigi was very communicative and responsive, even helped carry our suitcases at check-in to our 3rd floor room. He texted us restaurant recommendations, tour recommendations... Cons: The Expedia website description was not accurate. Below are snip-its from the Expedia website, which state that breakfast was served daily, as well as mention of a free daily manager's reception, bar/lounge, and lobby. When we inquired about this, he told us that in our building we did not have these things. That was a disappointment. No where on our reservation or on the website did it mention that the breakfast/manager's reception...was limited to only one building. It seemed that we were in a separate building on the 3rd floor with 4 rooms, no kitchenette, no breakfast...and on top of that, the coffee maker did not work. From Expedia website, also attached images: Top rated breakfast Experience delightful mornings with the top rated breakfast.
