"No hot water. It would get less cold from time to time. It stopped mid shower on our last day. The air conditioner did help to cool the room down, but wasnt very strong. Ceiling fan also helped. We had a lizard that liked to run up the walls and ceiling. Beds were hard, so had some neck and back pain. I liked that there was a restaurant attached for convenience. The pool was also really nice! "
