“From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude and inattentive. The property was run-down, dirty, and falling apart. There were holes in the walls, and several light fixtures didn't work. Overall, it was a complete disappointment and nothing like what was shown on the website.”

“Sosúa by the Sea is a hidden gem. The staff was amazing and the hotel is well kept. The rooms are rustic and the amenities are very nice. This is not an all-inclusive hotel so please note that you will have pay for your food, drinks and room safe. The views are breathtaking. My husband and I will be back next year.”

“Deben especificar que para reservar a los restaurantes deben elegir mínimo 4 días, le dan prioridad a los miembros del hotel y los visitantes quedan relegados, me aburri mucho, piscinas en mal estado, habitaciónes dañadas, quisiera decir que no lo sabía pero la verdad ley los comentarios y aún así le di una oportunidad”
