"Im from England & stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The location was excellent, closed to Metro, souq waqif, gold souq , corniche and airport. The room i stayed in is good except it needs a bit of upgrading with the interiors. The all male staff are all very welcoming and helpful except the head of the housekeeping where his office was located just across my room at the 2nd floor. I approached him once and asked for a top up of the coffee, creamer , sugar but instead of dealing with my request he asked me to call the reception instead to ask for the coffee and cream replenishments. Such a shame because he was always talking on the phone and it’s quite noisy especially in the morning when all these housekeeping staff are talking in that small office. The tall housekeeper for the second floor was very helpful and attentive. Over all, this hotel is superb, nice reception and i love their outdoor seating area. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back and will stay again . Many thanks for making my stay in Doha an awesome experience. "
