"The property was clean, comfortable, warm and had friendly staff. Decent location. Would stay there again. Did not have a pool or laundry facilities, but that wasn’t a problem for us."

"On our arrival there was a weird smell in our room and I don’t know if it was cleaning products or that the room wasn’t clean enough for it however the next day when we had housekeeping it was great when we got back into the room after a day out The staff was very welcoming thank you to receptionists who were very approachable and helped on our first interaction - unable to know her name but she was there and helped us get a room that was by the sky tower due to the kids . Also being able to leave our bags at the front when we arrived too early for our room to be ready that really helped us and also when leaving when we wanted to get breakfast on final day but didn’t want to take our bags around with us thank you for accomodating."

"We stay at the Grand Millenium every time we go to Auckland. Its location is perfect, and it’s an overall perfect stay for families. This time we were a little cold in our room because the heating wasn’t working properly, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Also, we needed soap bars for the bathtub, since we can’t move the shower gels from the wall."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The best part of the hotel was definitely the location. It made everything so easy, especially with our day trips, as the tour shuttles could pick us up right from the hotel. There was also so much shopping, great food, and everything we needed within easy walking distance. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived. After a long flight, they were kind enough to let us check in early, and we were even pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. We also loved the little touches, like the chocolates waiting in our room. Such a nice surprise! And the endless supply of Nespresso pods was definitely appreciated. 😊The pool and gym were also great. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, wonderful staff, and lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable!"
