"Perfect"

"Property has potential. Older motel with a number of deficiencies. No closet or hanging area?? We hung clothes on chairs. No stands for suitcases. No towel racks? . Even hanging hook on bathroom door gone. Remodeled nice bathroom but the tub drain was sluggish and the handle to turn on water was way hard to turn. Lots of contractors there. No blankets?. Only sheet and “sheet like” top cover. Stayed 2 nights. One roach on second night. Wife really upset. Makes you think while you are sleeping and every time you turn the lights on. No visible staff or maid service, no breakfast ( they did not advertise that they had it) . Bare bones basics. Besides the above, room was nice enough for the price. Manager was pleasant. Nice grounds, ample parking. Nice TV. Kind of surprised that a franchised hotel would not have basic requirements that would address the above. I did not address these issues with management because most of them are surely known and other comments seemed to reflect managements solutions. If my room has roaches, I assume all rooms may. It was a pretty nice room with the above deficiencies☺️ I would consider returning. Wife…not so much. "

"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the disposal and dishwasher not working but when I put in a request for help, the hospitality manager showed up within minutes and it was fixed by the time we returned later that day. Would definitely stay here again."

"First thing we saw was a cockroach crawling up the wall when we got there. Management did offer to move us to different room next day. However other guest told us it was a waste of time. Every time we got out of our car in the evening we were chased to our room because of Racoons who would chase our children and would follow us around. I could not go get ice as racoons would follow me. The staff in the area of breakfast was rude to several of the guests. The dryers here do heat up but will not dry you clothes unless you run dryer three times. Which you will have to pay extra. I asked housekeeping to sweep and change out garbage cans. They just ignored me so I had to go to get towels and take my garbage to dumpster on the property. "
