"Sabrina is amazing. We call when the GPS didn’t quite get us to the hotel. She was patient and pleasant. She stayed on the phone to make sure we were able to get there. She was even more pleasant and helpful once we arrived. She renewed my hope that GREAT customer service still exists."

"Staff were amazing! Room was a little humid at times but it was manageable. Few damages to the room but nothing that ruined our stay. We were there for two weeks while we house hunted as we're relocating for job purposes, and so for the awesome area location was worth it. We cooked a few times while there and the large stove eye had its own agenda of when it wanted to work but the smaller one did fine. No ice machines on property and that was disappointing as we had to purchase bags from nearby gas stations which took up space in an already limited small fridge. It's not a mini fridge but it is smaller. Missing racks in the fridge also limited us from space within it. Washer malfunctioned the first time we used it and it was surprising that they only offer 1 for it being an extended stay property. So we went to the laundry mat. The pool was closed the entire time we stayed there and the back door nearest to our room had missing handles to open it from the outside which made it inconvenient to have to walk all the way around to another door to enter. Especially with groceries or laundry with no luggage racks readily available. (You need to request them from the front desk when it's open). You're out of luck if they've gone for the day or away from the desk to assist other guest or multitasking duties (which happens alot) still they are always smiling and enthusiastic about assisting guests when asked. Overall I would stay again. Room size was awesome as well!"

"Visited my son for Family weekend at USC and didn’t want to pay the outrageous hotel prices near campus so I found this hotel. Pleasantly surprised as the rooms were spacious, clean, with nice size bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and even let us check in a bit early. Location was good about 15-20 minutes from campus and lots of dinning options in the area. Only minor complaint is it would be nice to include shower gel along with the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Would stay here again."

"StayApt is one of the best extended stays in which I've stayed this year. There is ample parking, new amenities, and close enough to a multitude of restaurants and shopping. Kathleen and Morgan have been especially helpful. The rooms are larger than average and the layout makes it feel like an apartment instead of a hotel room."
