“This is such a beautiful old building filled with some of the neatest americana I've ever seen. Our room had some minor issues, and when I reached out to the Diana, whose in charge of housekeeping, she immediately remedied the situation. The breakfast was very tasty and getting to talk to the owner was great. All in all it was a really nice stay at a beautiful place with great people working there. The southern hospitality was off the charts. I would highly recommend to any friends and family...

“Dated but very pleasant especially sitting while watching deer and the lake. Food is unavailable weekdays at lodge but available for lunch and dinner at the dock, and good. Alcohol is better skipped at their bar. ”

“We booked our daughter who had just gotten married. And her new in-laws and sister-in-law in the suite who are visiting Kentucky for the first time from Korea. They had an absolutely wonderful two days from having a family picnic under the shelter to teaching them cornhole. And they loved watching the sunrise over the lake from the living room.. cannot say enough positive things about not only the location but the owners.”
