“The property charged me for items from their little store that I did not purchase. When I called them they told me the charge occurred hours after I had checked out of the hotel, I have shopping receipts from other locations that prove I was not at the hotel. I asked if they had proof of this, camera footage? Anything? The gal on the phone became very rude. I asked for a manager to call me, was told they would and never heard back.
