“Good location for our needs. Price”

“My room was needing paint badly. Chipped paint above the bed board. Dirty bathroom door , also needing paint. Vinyl floor in bathroom very dated. Furniture not fitting for room size The staff is OK. Slight attitude. One day the maid completely forgot to make up my room. Luckily, I found someone to fix.”

“This was such a nice property! It is located in a quiet area of town and was just so peaceful to be able to walk across the road to the water or sit in any of the provided chairs at the front of the property to enjoy the sights and sounds of the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful to give recommendations for food and activities.”

“We stayed here recently because we wanted a dog-friendly getaway, and it’s one of the few places in York that allows dogs. I know they recently opened, so I’m sure they are working things out, but we had some issues. Proximity to the beach is excellent and the pool was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and close to room. The main issue is that we stayed Wednesday through Sunday, and our room was never cleaned once. After three days we ran out of towels and toilet paper, and...

“For the price it was decent for a quick passing through. Room was clean but had off putting smell about it. Pool was not maintained. There seemed to be multiple more permanent residents living at the motel that were hanging out smoking outside our door. Friendly but off putting.”
