“I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes...

“Overall, the condition is not bad, but the radiator makes a lot of noise. My family can't sleep with the noise from the radiator.”

“I have paid less at other big hotels and had a better breakfast experience. Here you grab what they have in the lobby and take it with you or to your room. No where to sit down.”

“Even though it's near the highway and airport sound was not an issue for sleeping. Room had a real thermostat so the temperature in the room was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and was efficient.”
