“it was an enjoyable visit.”

“Rooms are sprayed with some type of strong fragrance and it was very irritating because of my allergies. In the mornings when walking down the hallways of the rooms and housekeeping was preparing the rooms to be cleaned the rooms had a real funky odor coming from them from the previous guests. Maybe that's why they heavily over spray the fragrance. The bad odors from previous guests rooms is really bad. However housekeepers were very nice.”

“The shower and bathroom sink had visible mold around the edges, as did the area around the toilet. The overall condition of the bathroom was disappointing and made it feel unclean and uninviting. It certainly wasn't an environment where we felt comfortable taking a shower and relaxing. Additionally, the room had a strong smell of what seemed to be bug spray, which made the overall experience less pleasant. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't take the time to report these issues during our...

“The staff were friendly. We had a hard time checking in but it was fine. On our second night a staff came to our door knocking. He said we never checked in. We have been there a full day and night. But all and all it was ok.”

“Everything was great for our 2 nights girls trip of 3 of us staying in Portland. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even helping us choose a couple of restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft but on the firm side. We paid a little extra for our stay on breakfast which was ok for some of the choices, but also more than we expected. The coffee, however, was awful which was a big disappointment because we all want our coffee...
