"Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Supposed to have a shuttle from the airport. Our flight was late getting into Portland, we called the hotel multiple times but no answer. Ended up taking a 2am taxi to the hotel. Received no sympathy from the staff, just “sorry.”"
