“Conveniently located, allowing short walks to Old Port. Room was ok - nothing grand. Bathroom was dated. Hood n back of door was not secured adequately so anything that hung on it fell. Toilet seat moved. Had to ask for hand soap twice. It was empty on arrival, but didn't get refilled until I asked again at the 2nd day. Did not use the restaurant so can't review. Parking was $20/night. I guess that is good, but at the price of the rooms and almost $2000 I spent there, you would think parking...

“I wanted to leave a positive review especially after tryng the human touch massage chair that was in my room. It was the bomb after a long difficut day and I enjoyed it immensely. What was negatve was the room near me who had ther TV on LOUD untli about 2 am so I was unable to sleep. I tried to determne which room it was coming from so that I could report it, but was unsuccessful. Overall the locaton is excellent, Portland, South Portland and Scarborough very close in proximity with many...

“So far so good”

“Great stay & great location!”

“This is an old building with a lot of charm. The room was okay. Very dark and couldn’t open the blinds as it faced the street and we were on the street level. Could have done with better lighting. Also the bed was slightly lower on one side which made it quite uncomfortable. Could be just that bed needs attention otherwise, it was rather charming. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of extras like snacks, coffee, water provided all day. Easy to walk around rather than driving.”

“Super hotel in walking distance to everything downtown”

“Room a bit too minimal and open and therefore noisy and didn’t feel private, especially with an open bathroom area. Area is great, walkable. Staff is amazing. Love the shuttle availability.”
