"I am a little disappointed, the day I checked in they told me that the Rooftop pool was buyout for three afternoons and they also charged me an extra $300 dollars on my Credit Card, when Expedia said “you pay what you see”, no one from Expedia or the Hotel called me in advance to let me know about any of this issues. The only reason I went to that Hotel for my Birthday was the Rooftop Pool. And yes, I had two beautiful persons that gave me the most excellent service, Down a waitress from Reflection pool and Karen from management."
