Top South Indianapolis Hotel Reviews
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Room was very clean and updated. ALL the staff from Valet, to front desk, to the bartenders at The Bistro were super nice, friendly, and helpful. Parking is expensive at $40 a night and $50 for Valet. I did not eat the free breakfast so I cannot say how it tasted and what all was available. However, I did eat at The Bistro and the food was really good. I had the cheese burger one night and grilled chicken another. They have a small laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes which is really nice if you're stay is long. I loved how close the hotel is to IU hospital if you have family or friends who are being treated there. Also, the Indianapolis Museum, and a Native American museum is right across the street and walking distance from the hotel. The Indianapolis Zoo is also very close by. My only complaint is how thin the walls are. You can hear loud conversations next door. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the downtown area as the price is very reasonable and it's also in a safe area."
Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis - Southeast by IHG

"Staff were very kind and helpful! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was very good! Will definitely stay here again!"
Omni Severin Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Even with a room mix up, everything was great! The staff was amazing."
Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location. Right across the street from Gainbridge."
The Fontana Hotel
8/10 Good
"The signage from 212st Street is sorely lacking. Even following Google maps, finding the entrance is difficult. Parking to check in was a challenge, and parking after I returned from the event I was attending was limited as well. I had to park in the lot on the other side of shrubs and trees and walk through them to get to my entrance door. Inside, the hotel is nice and I would stay there again. Especially now that I know how to get in the property!"
Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast
10/10 Excellent
"Stopped here passing through Indy. Hotel was very nice and we had our room upgraded. The property was clean and the breakfast was a cut above typical hotel breakfasts. All of the staff were very friendly. My only gripe was that one of the elevators wasn’t working and wait times were quite long and the remaining elevator was quite crowded during busy times."
Ironworks Hotel Indy
8/10 Good
"Property was lovely. Staff very nice except slow to serve in bar late evening. Bed very uncomfortable."
Bottleworks Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The deco and ambience are excellent. Rooms are spacious and beautiful!"
JW Marriott Indianapolis
10/10 Excellent
"f you are heading to a convention or looking for a central downtown base, this JW Marriott is an absolute home run. The location alone makes travel so effortless—having direct skywalk access straight to the convention center is a massive game-changer, saving so much time and hassle. The hospitality matches the convenience. The entire check-in staff was exceptionally warm and efficient, with a special shoutout to Patti for making the welcome feel genuinely personal and seamless. Everything you need is right on-site or just minutes away. Having a fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant after a long day was a huge perk, and the quick morning run to the Starbucks kept the energy high. When it’s time to explore, the central location makes grabbing a quick Uber to downtown’s best restaurants super easy."
