"Nice waterfront, modern outside seating area. Breakfast only includes fast carbs (bread, bagel, muffin, tart, cereal, orange juice, apple, coffee, milk) - no protein, no vegetable. Overall, we had a pleasant 2-day stay. We could hear the ocean waves from the room, and it was easy to get to Boca Raton."

"This is a rundown hotel in a nice neighborhood. Hotels.com should look into whether their rooms live up to the basic standards. In our experience the room we got was very poor. When we complained we were "upgraded" to what we consider a normal room—on the 6th floor. We suspect the 6th floor is the only floor that doesn't have the likes of cabinets with water damaged doors too swollen to close. To its credit the hotel does have excellent staff who are working to the best of their abilities with conditions that will disappoint many customers. The free breakfast is decent enough, and on the weekend a raucous boozy smoking crowd gathers for poolside music in the form of singers performing to karaoke tracks. Thankfully it doesn't go too late if you're an early-to-bed type. We would stay there again if the 6th floor is available at the normal price. Otherwise, Deerfield Beach has many other nicer rooms in the 150 to 250 range."

"First of all the room is not ready, and there was a crowd in the lobby very upset plus myself being one of them because our rooms were not ready and it was near 5 o’clock by the time they were… and instead of the housekeeping, staff cleaning the rooms that were reserved with the people that were waiting. They were renting out rooms and giving keys to people that we’re walking in. also, we’re supposed to be called by the Management and that never happened. I was there for seven days. No apologies nothing!"
