"Outstanding stay"

"The pool towels were stained, otherwise everything else was clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff at front desk, cleaning staff, & breakfast staff were all very nice, efficient & helpful. Bartender was rude & looking for the chef to make her something to eat at 9:00 pm. We sat & waited 14 min for her to even show up. The next day in the elevator a man remembered me & how rude she was to my 50 yr old son who didn’t know her rules to go to the service bar instead of reaching through people. The man on the elevator was who he reached through: strong Irish accent from an Irish pub. She was wacked!"

"Valet was convenient and friendly. Ordered ocean view and barely got the side view of it. Hotel main entrance was clean, but dirty and outdated throughout. Many parts weren’t open. Our “Non-Smoking room” smelled like smoke. Especially the bathroom toilet area. It was nasty smelling!"

"Front desk talked me into upgrading my room because she said the removal rooms are much nicer. I think it was $90+ more. I couldn’t believe that this hotel was not on the boardwalk very disappointed about that Signed up for a players card and what I got for that was free hotel parking. Well, that wasn’t true because I wasted 45 minutes trying to get this accomplished printing some kind of a voucher off of the computer then standing in line at the front desk again and the girl had no idea what she was doing. she asked a question to some guy two different times she told me to hang onto their certificate and she would take care of it after I leave and I told her I could just wait. she said no you don’t need to do that. I’ll do it as soon as you leave. Well it didn’t happen and I checked out and I still paid for the parking. She obviously had no idea what she was doing possibly brand new but it was disappointing. The room had a dirty towel hanging on the hanger in the closet, and there were still scotch tape all over the wall from someone else that had stayed in the room and must’ve decorated it"

"went to check in only one person sat on the phone for twenty minutes the. overcharged me for a night that was already paid for get in my room and went to bed I knew I saw bugs and when I got up there were white bugs on the bed I went to get a new room and they were nice about that but discusting zero stars of I could give it"
