"Male staff were extremely disrespectful verging on harassing. Utter disregard for your safety. People banging on the door at 5:44 in the morning. Had people messing with your car. When you ask for help from the reception staff, they were mocking and rude. They didn’t send check-in information so I was out on the street at night asking how to get into the building. The light fixture was broken and didn’t work. They didn’t fix it. The kitchen area was not clean."

"It looked like they had just finished working in the room. There were metal shards on the desk and wood shavings/powder where they had drilled holes in the wall. The television would not turn off with the remote. There was a lot of construction noise. The staff that helped me at the front desk was so helpful and patient. I believe her name was Rozi. She had great customer service."

"Listen, I was under no illusions about signing up for a Spartan stay. But this was a little extreme. The building was unfinished, literally exposed to the elements here and there. The rooms were not initially designed to be rooms and had serious nooks and crannies you could see through from the outside. There was no way to lock your room if you didn't bring a lock of your own. I had to call a number to take a shower. Most of all, it stank and had loud music blaring to all hours of the night. I left before spending a single full night and so did at least three others, and the owner refunded less than a third of my money. This property is a scam."
