"The hotel is in an excellent position to enjoy the promenade area and witness the stunning sunsets. We walked from the hotel in the afternoon and enjoyed seeing the sights and at night took a city tour. We enjoyed a lovely meal on our second night, a very tasty chicken curry. Highly recommend the hotel, the interior is stunning."

"My husband and I spent two nights at The Leela Mumbai after flying from Canada before carrying on to Kerala. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for jet lag recovery, a very peaceful property in the midst of Mumbai chaos, complete breakfast buffet, and close access to not just the airport but also the metro to explore on further across the city. The building is old and the cleanliness of our room was a concern, but all staff were very kind, hospitable, and receptive to housekeeping feedback."

"My wife was travelling alone on this trip and what we found amazing was they put her on a protected / segregated floor for individual women travelers. This floor had staff that are all female and access was strictly controlled. This is amazing, kudos to the ITC group for thinking about the safety. All the staff were amazing, my wife had a seamless experience from checkin to stay to check out. We always prefer to stay in ITC and we will keep coming back again and again."
