“We found Magic Reef to be an absolutely ideal resort property. The bungalows are very well designed and appointed and each has a view of the beach. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the waterfront gazebo and deck area was a lovely place to spend time watching the waves crash on the reef in the distance. Cars were available for rent on site which was very convenient and there were restaurants within walking distance along the beach - how great is it to walk along a sand beach to a table...

“Beautiful, semi-secluded lodge still walking distance to restaurants and Port Vila central district. The decor is just right and the balcony a huge perk. Nice kitchenette too. All in all, a good place to spend a few nights. Note: the upper bedrooms have an open upper wall in the toilet/bathroom, so there is little "noise" privacy if travelling with a companion. Something to keep in mind if this is a concern for you. ”

“Staff are beautiful Our family of four adults stayed in the beach house, ample space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We hired scooters for the week so could come and go as we pleased without inconvenience to anyone as the beach house is next door to resort. “Our two week stay at the Black Pearl was so lovely. Paul is an excellent host who takes great care of his property and has great local knowledge. Our room was large and comfortable. The saltwater pool is convenient for days when you don't feel like getting sandy at the beach. “We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything you could need or want. Fantastic location and they had lots of things for everyone to use for example, ocean shoes, snorkels, kayaks just everything to make the stay that bit better. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for relaxation.”

“Somehow we got cabin #1 right next to the water. Simple but comfortable cabin with a small kitchen (sink & fridge). Great cross breeze when opening the front & back doors. There were some small ants that would swarm the kitchen if food was left out. There's a nice restaurant on site and the pizzeria next door is fantastic, it's a must go!”
