Everything was about as clean at I would expect from a place costing $100/night. Parking was good, the pools were nice, and beach access was decent. I had three issues though: No where in my booking did it indicate that there would be an extra charge of $25/person for a wristband to have in and out privileges. I don't think that guests should have to compensate for the staffs inability to properly monitor who is coming on and off of their property. But that extra money took away a night out to eat since we had to buy these "required" wristbands. The staff as a whole was not very helpful or accommodating. No one looked like they wanted to be there, which I get, bc who wants to be at work? But you shouldn't be in customer service of you can't handle it. Last thing, which isn't huge, but was still very disappointing, the balcony attached to the room was inaccessible in our studio room. This definitely needs to be clarified when booking this room. Overall we had a great vacation, and this served fine as a place to shower and sleep, but it would have been a lot better with better communication when booking.

Security was unhelpful with trying to give us access to our paid for hotel room, was very ambitious about the trip but very agitated at security at the gate. They act sarcastic and don’t even help they just say read the rules and make us leave forcefully.. couldn’t even get dropped off at the hotel entrance even tho I had proof we all stayed and paid

Mildew smell, threadbare sheets, stained curtains and comforters, springy beds, flickering lights, loud music until 4 am Nextdoor. Went here for spring break and would have had a great time if we had just picked another place to stay, they miscellaneously charged my friends card for a huge sum of money and thought they could get away without us noticing and then didn’t take any accountability for their mistakes. Pool and hot tubs and tennis courts are nice enough and the beach isn’t too crowded. Staff is unenthusiastic and unhelpful and the security deposit was as much as the room. Do not stay here.

The hotel and room itself was good. There was no issues with our room or the location however, we showed up and immediately was told we needed wristbands for safety concerns. No biggie, we figured it was common at large resorts. What is ridiculous, is these wristbands costed $25 and were only needed for anyone between 10 and 32 years old. What was even more annoying was if we wanted to use credit card to pay for these wristbands it would actually be closer to $30 or $35 - none of this was listed in the booking. Then after we paid $125 for our 5 wrist bands (in cash) we were told we could only have 1 parking pass and the other car would have to be in public parking which is halfway down the island. We asked if we could pay for another pass and they said no. - once again. This was not mentioned in the listing. Another annoyance of the stay was our towel situation. We had 5 adults in the room, and are staying at a place with a beach, and 3 pools. I figured the place would have some sort of beach/pool towels… nope. So when asked if we could have additional towels to take to the beach we were told our room did not qualify to get more towels because we had a washer/dryer in the room. WHAT. That makes no sense, I understand that there is a washer dryer and it would be convenient for the hotel but come on. We would need to take our sandy towels back to our room, run an hour cycle (at least) and then once the clean towels are done, then take a shower. That’s just ridiculous.

The condo was amazing. I mean, it's older and needs something's repaired (the dresser and some wooden doors in the condo wouldn't close completely etc but mostly from moisture and salt from being coastal, so really was as expected- no complaints from me!!) the layout was awesome, the beds were great! The space and amenities were PERFECT for our family!!! The washer and dryer were a lifesaver!! The balcony was used every single day! The heated pools and beach access and even tennis courts were all so wonderful! The couches were awesome for watching movies together and relaxing after long days of adventure! The kitchen was well stocked with every tool and dish you need to cook and operate daily activities. The large space was great for our family of 6 to do all the things! We played games, ate, hung out, rested up, swam a ton! 100% will be back! The staff were absolutely top notch!! They helped with anything we needed and we had a very chaotic trip lol!!! (Started with cancelled flights and missed nights stay) they kept our condo for us, they helped us with all of our luggage when we were in between reservations, they were super friendly and helpful with greeting you everyday, providing basics for the condo (soap and such). They always greeted you with a mailed and happily suggested things to eat or go do ! Can't wait to stay again!!!

Staff was courteous & condo & grounds were clean… The key cards were terrible…they simply are not dependable. They might work one or two times & then don’t work. Also, we would appreciate a policy change to provide 2 parking passes for a 2-bedroom Unit since we drive there & meet our niece & her friend there; therefore, we have 2cars to park …

Room was clean but needs repairs. Cool wind blows in around doors and windows, no lock on connecting room door, dishwasher looked broken so didn’t use, vents and light fixtures dirty, have to empty your own garbages, have to remove bedding and pile in bathroom with used towels, no pool towels provided, onsite bar was never open. Entire place needs renovations and upgrades.

Para el check in tuvimos que esperar 3 horas para poder entrar a nuestra habitacion porque no estaba lista. Y eso que la hora del check in era a las 4pm. La habitacion estaba limpia, pero el mobiliario si ya tiene un tiempo. Seria bueno que pusieran unos muebles mas modernos.

We booked a 2 bhk apt beach view . But got a unit in ground floor . No hot water , kitchen oven not working . Stoves heat up abruptly. Basically basic amenities are not working properly.
