“Had a great stay but do think it lacks the ultra luxury we have experienced elsewhere (for similar or even less £!) All in all the hotel is stunning, the beach is great, food was spot on and staff were lovely. Only gripes were housekeeping could have been better, dirty mops and the swim up balcony was only swept once in our week there. Service can be a little slow, great for first drinks but difficult to get served as it get busier, unless you’re at the main bar where service was excellent...

“Struttura esterna e piscina molto belle ma nel complesso non all’altezza di un 5 stelle. La pulizia e la manutenzione dei lettini delle aree piscina e spiaggia da migliorare, così come l’assistenza al cliente. In alcune zone si avvertono inoltre inalazioni poco gradevoli. Camere un po’ datate, bagno da rinnovare e servizi poco curati: cambio di lenzuola, bicchieri e set di cortesia non adeguato alla categoria. La colazione è piuttosto basica. Staff comunque gentile. Peccato, perché la struttura...

“Nice hotel, not 5 star for sure. Got a Delux room but was 2 single beds joined together with some bedding in the middle so you wont tell. Beds were uncomfortable and soft. Asked for a harder mattress, there was non available. Mattress had yellow marks under the sheets. Resteraunts to book were unavailable, even though looked empty. Not much to do in surrounding area. Local shops very pricey for snacks. Main food hall same food nearly every day.”

“It’s in front of a rocky beach. Buffet was decent however à la cart Greek restaurant was poor. You must bring beach shoes to walk into the sea. Pools are small for the crowds and you need to reserve a spot at the beach to secure a chair.”

“Die Liegen am Strand kosten seit Mai 6 Euro. Die beworbenen Strandbetten gibt es nicht mehr. Es handelt sich um Kiesstrand. Keinesfalls Sand. Also für die Kids eher ungeeignet. Ansonsten mega Hotel. Alle freundlich. Super Essen. Top Animationsteam”
